**Employee Communication Expert Wanted:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our Nordics team at Staffbase. In this role, you will create and execute outbound strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed targets.
About the Role:
- You will become an expert on employee communication and engagement strategies
- You will work closely with stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
- You will serve as a brand enthusiast for Staffbase, promoting our values and vision
- You will build strong relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders
- You will manage complex sales cycles and leverage necessary resources to achieve success
- You will work closely with Marketing and Customer Success teams to advance our company's goals
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS/Software sales producing and exceeding targets, preferably within web technology, collaboration, or innovative online product environments
- Experience working with communications teams, IT, HR, and C-level executives
- Emotional intelligence and the ability to truly listen to and understand your prospects
- Superior communication and closing skills
- Business fluent English skills (C1+), Swedish/Danish/Norwegian language skills a plus
