Ecommerce Agency Partnership Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Agency Partnership Developer to join our team at Reaktion.com.
This role will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with ecommerce agencies across Europe and beyond. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in partnership sales, preferably in B2B SaaS or martech, and a strong knowledge of performance marketing and e-commerce.
The successful candidate will take full ownership of our Agency Partnership Program, driving growth and measurable impact. This will involve delivering compelling platform demos to agency stakeholders, identifying, engaging, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders at agencies working with eCommerce clients, generating new revenue opportunities while nurturing and expanding existing agency partnerships, and developing and executing co-marketing initiatives in collaboration with agency partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Take full ownership of our Agency Partnership Program
- Deliver compelling platform demos to agency stakeholders
- Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders at agencies working with eCommerce clients
- Generate new revenue opportunities while nurturing and expanding existing agency partnerships
- Develop and execute co-marketing initiatives in collaboration with agency partners
- 2+ years of experience in partnership sales, preferably in B2B SaaS or martech
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing and e-commerce
- A sales-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
- A natural networker with excellent relationship-building skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs, LinkedIn, and ad management platforms
- Thrives in a scale-up environment - unafraid to take on new tasks and set up processes from scratch
