About This Opportunity

We are looking for a talented individual to drive growth and innovation within our digital media practice. As a Growth Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape new client partnerships and leverage DEPT's expertise to unlock new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive New Business Initiatives: Develop and execute new business initiatives to drive top-line growth.
  • Collaborate with Specialists: Work closely with specialist teams to deliver high-quality solutions for clients.
  • Represent DEPT: Represent DEPT towards key partners and stakeholders.
  • Manage Budgets: Manage budgets and terms & conditions to ensure DEPT's interests are well-represented.
Requirements:
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Commercial Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercial role in the media or advertising industry.
  • Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Sales Approach: Strong consultative sales approach and ability to build relationships.
  • Digital Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of digital media, SEO, content, data, marketing automation, and CRM.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and align with business objectives.
