Customer Growth Manager

Sky Showtime is a premium entertainment streaming service that brings together the best of Hollywood and local content in one place. We are seeking an experienced Northern Europe Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive customer growth and retention through effective marketing strategies.
This role requires expertise in creating and executing engagement strategies, analyzing customer data, and optimizing audience segmentation to ensure targeted, personalized marketing efforts. Your strong interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset, and results-driven approach will contribute significantly to Sky Showtime's success, fostering deeper customer relationships and increasing customer lifetime value.
- Develop and execute a test-and-learn strategy to continually enhance communication effectiveness across different channels and marketing programs
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Editorial teams to develop and support cross-channel initiatives that align with overall goals
- Partner with the Product team to enhance the customer journey, ensuring seamless and engaging experiences across the platform
A strong understanding of CRM, retention marketing, lifecycle marketing, digital marketing, or similar fields from a B2C subscription-oriented business, as well as hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze or similar), will be highly valued for this role.
