We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our commercial team at Kahoot. As a Senior Account Executive, you'll focus on developing and expanding a portfolio of large clients within a targeted industry, implementing strategic plans to acquire new business.
You'll be responsible for leading a solution and value-based sales process from prospecting to closing deals with enterprise accounts (2000+ employees) of the Kahoot at Work suite. You'll work closely with our Customer Success team, Pre-sales team, and other commercial teams to ensure high-value business outcomes for our customers.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Build net new business and expand existing accounts through up-sell and cross-sell.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to support world-leading companies across a specific industry.
- Drive initiatives to build and maintain a strong pipeline that generates revenue quarter over quarter.
- Effectively manage and communicate with C-level stakeholders to identify and align with client business goals and objectives.
- Be the subject matter expert in presenting the value and driving the sales process across Kahoot at Work suite.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need 3+ years of experience in solution and value-based new sales within the SaaS industry, involving sales to large and enterprise-level clients. You'll also need a proven track record and motivation for building new business and managing the deal cycle from prospecting to closing. Additionally, you'll require strong business acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to engage the customer in a strategic dialogue.
We're looking for someone who is ambitious, self-driven, and adaptable, with a growth mindset. You'll be fluent in English, both verbally and in writing, and have experience working and selling to various industries, such as Tech, Media & Entertainment, Telecommunications, Retail, Hospitality, and Construction.
