About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Lead to drive our growth strategy in Italy. The successful candidate will have a commercial background and evidence of business growth preferably from a tech company. They will be responsible for building awareness of Autoflows and moving leads to customers through a stellar go-to-market strategy. This includes strategic account mapping, follow-up and closure, designing a growth plan, organizing and holding webinars, events and online meetings, project managing their plan, tracking their performance, and adjusting accordingly.

The ideal candidate will have experience with building and maintaining a go-to-market strategy and plan, experience with building and managing their own pipeline, ability to execute their plan with email campaigns, social media, telemarketing, white papers and similar, experience with holding sales meetings and webinars on their own, demonstrated client relationship management capabilities, proven commercial awareness and business acumen, and must be an Italian native.
