In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our diverse range of Nordic clients. As a Customer Success Manager, your key responsibilities will include interacting with customers across various industries, with a primary focus on the renewable energy sector and Lifescience, to ensure delivery on the customer promise and value of service. You will also nurture and develop client relationships to help clients extract the maximum value from Schneider Electric's contracted services, particularly our digital service portfolio.
Key qualifications for this role include previous professional experience working in customer success, account management, project management, product management, or business development. Strong communication skills in Danish and English, with other Nordic languages considered an asset, are essential. A suitable educational background, such as a degree in Engineering or Business Administration, or a commercial field, is required. Experience in the Energy or IT industry, or equivalent with a high concentration of service agreements, is highly advantageous.
You will have excellent communication skills, a keen ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and ensure their satisfaction. A customer-centric approach, being solution-oriented, and collaborating effectively across teams while demonstrating adaptability in a dynamic environment are critical qualities for this role. As a person, you take responsibility for what you do by being structured and drive your work, having a commercial mindset, and enjoying working with people.
