TrialSync, a pioneering health-tech startup, is seeking a seasoned Marketing Team Lead to spearhead its marketing efforts. As the sole architect of our marketing strategy, you will drive B2B marketing campaigns, forge partnerships, and attract users to our platform.

This role requires a highly skilled and self-sufficient marketing professional with a strong background in marketing within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. You will need to manage all aspects of marketing without relying on additional team members, setting clear goals, KPIs, and performance metrics. Cross-functional collaboration is key to ensuring cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies targeting pharmaceutical companies and CROs.
  • Drive lead generation, build a robust pipeline of potential sponsors and investigators, and establish partnerships with clinical research sites.
  • Analyze marketing data, campaign performance, and report on marketing metrics to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or clinical trial sectors.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage marketing campaigns from start to finish.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and clinical trial processes.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM tools, and data analytics.
