About the Role

At Dixa, we're on a mission to create effortless customer experiences that unlock loyalty. As a Sales Business Development Representative, you'll play a critical role in achieving this goal.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with potential customers by phone, email, or LinkedIn
  • Build a robust pipeline for your assigned Account Executive
  • Effectively communicate Dixa's value proposition to set up meetings with qualified prospects
  • Handle objections from potential customers who may be using or considering a competitor
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers to drive referrals and expand our customer base

Your Profile

  • Excellent command of German (spoken and written)
  • A go-getter mentality, with a strong drive to exceed targets
  • A curious and lifelong learner, with a desire to understand customer pain points and how Dixa can solve them
  • A process-oriented individual, able to make a plan and stick to it to achieve your goals
