Sales Development Representative, Business Opportunities Specialist

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team in Copenhagen. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our mission to eliminate bad customer service and create a world where all people are welcomed by their favourite brands with the warm familiarity of a friend.
Job Description
We're seeking an exceptional individual who can excel in this challenging yet rewarding role. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage with potential customers by phone, email or on LinkedIn. You will build a robust pipeline for your assigned Account Executive and successfully explain the Dixa value drivers to set up meetings with qualified prospects.
You will also handle objections from potential customers who may be using or considering a competitor and establish and maintain relationships with customers to gain referrals and expand the customer base.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a strong ability to build relationships, and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly. You should have a passion for sales, a drive to succeed, and a desire to make a real impact on our business.
What We Offer
