Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator. This is a full-time position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including but not limited to:

  • Coordinating meetings and events
  • Managing correspondence and documents
  • Providing travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Performing data entry and record-keeping tasks

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative capacity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
