Join our dynamic team as an Executive Assistant and contribute to creating a great and fun environment. Your role will involve handling diverse coordination tasks, being a sparring partner, and go-to person for a global and dynamic team.

  • You will be responsible for proactively managing calendars, supporting the Energy Markets Team with meeting scheduling, travel booking, and expense management.
  • Your key responsibilities will also include planning off-sites and social gatherings, taking care of travel management (including visa and bookings), and supporting onboarding and offboarding for team members.
  • You will be the go-to expert for our teams, providing support on internal communication, coordinating internal change projects, and building your internal network within our EA community.

We offer a competitive salary range of €55,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
