Enterprise Sales Representative

As an Account Executive in our Field Sales Operations organization, you will play a crucial role in driving net new revenue and contributing to Workday's growth. Your primary focus will be on guiding new customers through the process of transitioning from legacy platforms to our enterprise management cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities in assigned territories.
- Perform account planning for assigned accounts, ensuring strategic alignment with pre-sales and other resources.
- Initiate and support sales of Workday solutions within Large Enterprise prospects, effectively communicating the value proposition.
- Develop relationships with net new customers, focusing on deal management and connecting them with Workday solutions, particularly core financials.
- Negotiate deals with C-Suite Executives to close opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and timely customer/prospect pipeline and service forecast data.
About You
We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of selling SaaS/Cloud-based ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/Analytics solutions to C-levels from a field sales position. Your expertise in collaborating with internal teams to achieve quota and manage multiple deals simultaneously is essential. Additionally, you should have experience managing longer deal cycles, including prospecting for a portion of opportunities.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud-based ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/Analytics solutions to C-levels from a field sales position.
- Experience collaborating with internal teams to achieve quota and manage multiple deals simultaneously.
- Experience managing longer deal cycles, including prospecting for a portion of opportunities.
- Proven experience understanding the strategic competitive landscape of the industry by staying up to date with trends and customer needs.
- Ability to quickly establish trust with key stakeholders.
- Prior experience partnering with internal team members on account strategies for short and long-term prospecting and territory management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Swedish or Finnish or Danish.
