About the Job

We are seeking an experienced commercial professional to lead our Snacks and Grains category across several Nordic markets. As the Commercial Manager Foods, you will be responsible for developing and implementing annual commercial plans in collaboration with Go-To-Market partners to drive sustained growth.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A proven track record of driving business growth and delivering results.
  • Strong commercial planning and execution skills, with experience in developing and implementing annual commercial plans.
  • Excellent partnership development skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and partners.
  • Effective team management skills, with experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in using Nielsen and GfK data analysis to inform commercial decisions.
  • Fluency in both English and Danish is essential.
  • Ability to navigate complex business challenges and drive long-term strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Drive share, revenue, and profit growth across assigned markets, accounts, and categories.
  • Develop annual commercial plans, align with Go-To-Market partners, and oversee execution.
  • Strengthen relationships with key distributors/partners to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage Jr. Commercial Manager(s), setting clear priorities and supporting career development.
  • Co-lead and evaluate impactful in-store campaigns across markets.
  • Ensure compliance with Global Control Standards while managing budgets, forecasting sales, and tracking monthly performance.
  • Work closely with Northern Europe category teams, leadership, and key stakeholders.
