International Business Development Representative

The Regional Account Executive role is a key position within Workiva Inc. that focuses on acquiring new business and expanding sales opportunities from executive-level buyers and influencers in private or publicly traded companies.
This individual will be responsible for establishing partnerships, identifying Parseport products and solutions, and delivering value to assigned accounts in the DACH market.
The primary objective is to drive sales growth through new customer subscriptions and upselling/cross-selling existing Parseport product portfolios, including professional services.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Sales Professional with a strong background in complex software or technology sales, preferably SaaS solutions.
- Actively seek out sales opportunities and capture new customer business potential.
- Establish strategic partnerships to generate qualified sales pipelines.
- Utilize needs analysis information to deliver compelling demonstrations of Parseport solutions.
- Effectively address customer objections and find solutions to various client challenges.
- Guide the sales process to a close by showcasing Parseport's value proposition.
- Maintain accurate customer relationship management tools and provide forward-looking pipeline analysis.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy with purposeful action to secure the sale.
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- 2+ years of experience in related roles, preferably in complex software or technology sales.
- An undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and career experience.
- Fluency in both English and German.
