We are currently seeking a talented Account Development Representative to join our sales organization in the DACH region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients in the DACH region.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in enterprise sales or account development roles.
- Strong understanding of complex software solutions and ability to communicate their value to customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies and tools, such as CRM systems.
