Your Role as a Sales Development Representative
In this role, you will be responsible for uncovering Mid-market and Enterprise sales opportunities in targeted accounts while fostering strong relationships with potential clients. You will partner with our Account Executives to ignite connections that pave the way for impactful sales opportunities. Your ability to connect with people, understand their needs, and assess deal potential will be crucial to our success and growth.
Your Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Development Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Leveraging your prior sales experience to drive high-volume outbound outreach efforts within assigned target accounts to create qualified new business meetings for your Account Executive partners.
- Identifying new potential clients in new and existing markets, creating a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Establishing connections with key contacts and relevant stakeholders to comprehend their specific needs and challenges.
- Developing strong sales and product knowledge about Relesys and its competitors.
- Building strong relationships with our Account Executives to maximize win potential for our business.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1+ years of outbound SDR, BDR, or account management experience driving qualified meetings and pipeline opportunities.
- Experience with B2B SaaS sales and preferably Enterprise clients.
- A proven track record in articulating a strong value proposition to clients, preferably within the retail industry.
- Target-driven attitude with a winning spirit and positive attitude embracing challenges.
- Strong desire to learn and grow with the company, seizing opportunities for personal and professional development.
