Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Denmark. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our business with new clients in the B2B sector, primarily in Jutland but also elsewhere in Denmark.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities in line with our distribution strategy
- Generate new leads and acquire new customers, as well as manage existing customers if needed
- Deliver sales targets assigned to the Business Development Manager
Requirements:
- Prior experience in B-to-B sales, consultative selling (minimum 3 years)
- Hunter mindset in sales
- Basic knowledge of corporate finance matters, trade-related banking products is a benefit
- Ability to build and maintain relationships (outgoing personality, comfortable with client-facing role, excellent presentation and negotiation skills with C-suite)
- Self-driven with ability to work independently
- Motivated by working with fixed goals and by creating results
- Team player with positive energy and passion for sales and ability to work at a high pace where innovation, own initiatives, and ability to challenge are rewarded
- Good command of both spoken and written Danish and English
- Bachelor degree holder or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel in Denmark
