We employ around 300 employees, and as cybercrime grows, we need to grow. To support that goal, we are now looking for a Key Account Manager who wants to make a difference.

The Role

You will cover customers in all of Denmark; however, the majority of your key accounts will be in Jutland. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Create new business: Take the initiative and discover new opportunities to expand our customer portfolio. You will have the freedom to set goals and initiatives that make the Danish team perform even better than today.
  2. Build & retain relationships: Develop and maintain strong bonds with our customers, ensuring their needs are consistently met.
  3. Understand customer & market needs: Gain deep insights into our customers' business goals and cybersecurity requirements in general.
  4. Drive growth: Identify chances to expand existing partnerships through upselling and cross-selling.
  5. Collaborate internally: Work closely with our teams to ensure we deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations.
  6. Monitor and report: Keep an eye on customer satisfaction, account performance, and market trends, and share your insights with the team.
  7. Stay informed: Keep up with the latest industry trends, emerging threats, and competitive developments to always offer the best advice.
