About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team in the Nordics. As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with prospects, and contributing to the growth of our market share in the region.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify and qualify potential leads.
  • Initiate contact with prospects, build rapport, and schedule meetings for Solution Experts.
  • Manage and maintain accurate customer information and activity records in our CRM system Hubspot.
  • Participate in events and activities that increase the visibility of 12Build within the Nordics.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead nurturing and conversion.
  • Stay up-to-date with product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.

  • Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
  • Strong commercial insight and ability to add value to 12Build's results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
