Business Development Manager

Nordea Bank Norge ASA is now seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager to join our Corporate Access team in Copenhagen. This role offers the opportunity to drive growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction while being part of a dynamic and fun team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of developing business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. They will be responsible for quarterly presentations of listed companies and their competitors, presenting with external experts, conducting company visits locally and abroad, and conference calls with listed companies, peers, and external experts. Additionally, they will drive idea generation and come up with new and value-added events, register and update the CRM system with participation, and cooperate with equity research, equity sales, and other corporate access teams in Nordea.
We are looking for someone who is thorough, structured, service-minded, and sociable, with excellent teamwork skills, a positive and solution-oriented attitude, and goal-oriented and self-driven behavior. Fluency in Danish or another Nordic language and English is essential. A bachelor's or master's degree from a relevant field, such as business, is also required. Experience with our client base or corporate access is seen as an advantage.
This is a unique opportunity to work with one of the leading Equity Teams in Denmark. We offer a competitive salary of approximately 125,000 - 160,000 DKK per year, depending on experience and qualifications, plus benefits such as health insurance, pension plan, and paid time off.
