Strategic Account Director

We are seeking a Strategic Account Director to lead our team in the launch of a new loyalty program across 30+ markets.
You will be the linchpin in a network of project managers, developers, data scientists, and experience designers, working with a global team to drive meaningful experiences that resonate in every action and interaction.
As a seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience in loyalty projects, you will have a deep understanding of customer loyalty principles and a proven ability to drive engagement and repeat business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the client relationship and expectations
- Pursuing and expanding the loyalty program and scope
- Developing project scopes, plans, and budgets
- Developing and enlarging the team in forthcoming stages
- Producing high-quality presentations for internal and client meetings
- Proactively ensuring that obstacles are mitigated
- Overseeing and managing projects, including securing progress across different departments, managing risk, and ensuring deliverables on time, on budget, and with high quality
