This role involves overseeing venue planning, negotiation, and ensuring exceptional hospitality at our events. The ideal candidate has a passion for creating unforgettable experiences, meticulous planning skills, and a proven track record of leading successful event teams.

We are looking for an Executive Event Producer to lead a team of Event Experience Managers across the Nordics, shaping the future of our events and gatherings, and executing virtual content production by coaching the team on the job. This includes physical events as well as virtual content recorded or streamed from selected studio locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Final accountability for all events executed in Finland, Sweden, Denmark, and Norway, holding budget responsibility, ensuring customer satisfaction, and bringing the best out of the event teams before, during, and after the events and virtual productions.
  2. Lead and coach a team of Event Experience Managers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence, ensuring team motivation and productivity while keeping processes and templates smooth.
  3. Execute event production plans aligned with objectives and budgets, with an innovative approach.
  4. Spearhead venue selection, contract negotiation, and vendor management, ensuring an optimal guest experience.
  5. Collaborate with marketing and business teams to deliver events that drive brand visibility and client engagement.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in leading high-performing event teams, achieving success through effective leadership, inspiring communication, and providing feedback.
  2. Top-of-class project management skills, with the ability to work with parallel deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  3. Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities, demonstrating creative thinking in venue selections and finding the best ROI for given budgets.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive compensation package combining a base salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location, and bi-annual performance-based bonus opportunities.
