Senior B2B Sales Executive

We are seeking a seasoned B2B sales executive to join our team in the Nordics region. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in this strategic market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a tailored sales strategy to target key decision-makers in the Nordics region.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and delivering value through our innovative platform.
- CLOSE DEALS by navigating complex sales cycles, leveraging your exceptional communication skills and product knowledge.
- WORK CLOSELY WITH OUR CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAM to align sales efforts with business objectives and drive mutual success.
- CONTINUALLY IMPROVE SALES PROCESS and strategies based on market feedback and industry trends.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3-7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a SaaS or software-as-a-service environment.
- PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF SUCCESS IN TARGETING AND ACQUIRING NEW CUSTOMERS.
- EXCEPTIONAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS, both verbal and written, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong commercial intuition and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
- A Growth Mindset, with a passion for learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
