Your Role:
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving sales success by providing expert support and insights to our local sales team. You will be responsible for optimizing ways of working, developing and engaging in partnerships, and actively working with customer onboarding, loyalty, and winback. You will also provide continuous feedback and ideas for development of our billing capabilities to support the B2B function as a whole.
You will contribute & make an impact through:
- Providing continuous support to the local sales team to ensure success in daily operations.
- Optimizing ways of working to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Developing and engaging in partnerships to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Actively working with customer onboarding, loyalty, and winback to drive sales growth.
- Providing continuous feedback and ideas for development of our billing capabilities.
- Collaborating closely with local customer care and sales teams to ensure effective strategy implementation and best practice sharing.
Your background:
We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in sales processes, pipeline management, and sales tools. You should have excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Norwegian and English, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced B2B environment. You should also be a goal-oriented individual with an innovative mindset, an agile learner committed to continuous improvement, and an effective communicator focused on engagement and achieving results.
This role can be based in our offices in Oslo or Copenhagen, and we offer a great opportunity to contribute directly to enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
