About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Account Manager to join our Sales team at Eficode. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing existing clients in our Growth segment and nurturing new prospect accounts to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients in the Growth segment, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Nurture new prospect accounts, building relationships and driving sales growth.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver Eficode solutions and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM software to guide sales efforts and track progress.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the software industry or IT consulting services.
  • Strong command of Swedish and English languages.
  • Experience using CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
  • Skilled in value-based and custom-centric selling methods.
