About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Account Manager to join our Sales team at Eficode. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing existing clients in our Growth segment and nurturing new prospect accounts to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage existing clients in the Growth segment, actively farming, growing, and expanding these accounts.
  • Pursue and land qualified leads, hunting for new opportunities from internal sources.
  • Actively pursue expansion opportunities across the full portfolio, focusing on shifting account mix.
  • Proactively account plan and implement account strategy, including resource orchestration.
  • Coordinate with specialists from business areas to maximize footprint in accounts.
  • Apply offering and IT Services market knowledge to understand client needs within Eficode solutions.
  • Focus on growing market share with clients and enhancing their capabilities through collaboration with business area specialists.
  • Work with support functions for account management and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with delivery consultants, service managers, and CSMs for efficient delivery of Eficode solutions.
Requirements
  • Post-high school degree in sales or IT sales.
  • Minimum 5 years of similar B2B sales experience, preferably in the software industry or IT consulting services.
  • Experience using CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
  • Strong command of Swedish and English languages.
