Senior Manager, Growth and Expansion

We are seeking a highly resourceful and entrepreneurial Senior Manager, Growth to spearhead the launch of our newest brand in Sweden: Factor, a healthy, ready-to-eat meal subscription service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive growth and expansion in the Swedish market.
- Lead a cross-functional team to launch and promote the Factor brand in Sweden, including influencer partnerships, content marketing, and performance marketing.
- Collaborate with the local HF Nordics team and the Factor EU team to ensure alignment and success.
- Manage and analyze performance metrics to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaigns.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, influencers, and internal teams.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in growth, consulting, strategy, or early-stage startup roles, preferably in the food or technology industry.
- Proven track record of success in performance marketing, including experience with a broad mix of channels.
- Strong strategic thinking and prioritization skills, with the ability to define an overall growth strategy and prioritize channels and marketing activities accordingly.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to leverage existing organizational expertise and convince different teams to work together.
- Strong analytical skills, with a robust understanding of levers to manage performance and use data to drive informed decisions.
- Native Swedish speaker with a strong proficiency in English.
