We are seeking a highly organized and welcoming Office Assistant to join our team at Signifly in the heart of Copenhagen.

This part-time position, approximately 10-15 hours a week, involves a range of tasks to ensure our office runs smoothly. Responsibilities include:

  1. Preparing the office for the day's activities
  2. Coordinating meals and meetings
  3. Maintaining a tidy workspace before and after gatherings
  4. Greeting clients and guests warmly
  5. Managing deliveries and supplies
  6. Cultivating a cozy office atmosphere
  7. Undertaking various ad-hoc tasks as needed

The role is ideal for someone who values structure, attention to detail, and social interaction. Our office is an open and collaborative space where everyone feels welcome.

Our dynamic team consists of two experienced Office Assistants and a Studio Coordinator, with whom you will work closely. We prioritize a flat organizational hierarchy and foster an environment that encourages creativity and camaraderie.
