We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Architect & Designer Sales Manager to join our team at Cosentino.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and managing our product awareness, acceptance, and sales to contract design & commercial segments for both interior and exterior applications.

  1. You will create short- and long-term sales plans to penetrate architectural and design firms, developers, corporate accounts, new property owners, and services providers.
  2. Your primary objective is to develop new project opportunities through personal sales efforts and professional relationships.
  3. Promote our organization's products in formal presentations.
  4. Execute sales plans created within agreed-upon timelines.
  5. Maintain accurate relationship, product placement, and project details with updated developments within the project management database (Sales Force CRM).
  6. Manage the sales development of our surfacing products.
  7. Actively represent and promote our company to the community through hosting and attendance of local chapter events.
  8. Ensure timely management and communication across all parties to ensure successful sales implementation of programs.
  9. Manage your own sales budget and maintain discipline to stay within assigned sales and expense budgets.
  10. Assist with corporate account rollout programs on a regional basis as needed.
  11. Demonstrate commitment to continual learning and knowledge of our surfacing products.
  12. Act as a facilitator and provide recommendations to senior management.
  13. Coordinate with our Account Managers, business partners, fabricators, and installation contractors.

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 4-5 years of experience in a similar position. A bachelor's degree is ideal. Local experience is a must, and experience in façades is preferred.
