As a Norwegian speaking part-time Business Development Consultant, you will assist our customers with intelligent market segmentation, outbound sales, and market analytics by blending technology, such as AI-tools, with phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.

About the Role

  • Develop skills in complex B2B sales
  • Work closely with the management team to build the organisation

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound activities through email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Create business opportunities for our customers in the Nordics
  • Manage your own pipelines
  • Drive customer success through reports and status meetings
  • Identify best practices to develop our internal processes
  • Work with CRM systems and AI-tools

Requirements

  • Workload of 15-20 hours per week
  • Strong communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Motivated by KPIs
  • Fluent in Norwegian
