As a Norwegian speaking part-time Business Development Consultant, you will assist our customers with intelligent market segmentation, outbound sales, and market analytics by blending technology, such as AI-tools, with phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
About the Role
- Develop skills in complex B2B sales
- Work closely with the management team to build the organisation
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound activities through email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Create business opportunities for our customers in the Nordics
- Manage your own pipelines
- Drive customer success through reports and status meetings
- Identify best practices to develop our internal processes
- Work with CRM systems and AI-tools
Requirements
- Workload of 15-20 hours per week
- Strong communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Motivated by KPIs
- Fluent in Norwegian
