Senior Healthcare Account Manager

About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Healthcare Account Manager to join Novartis Farmacéutica in Denmark. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving sales targets in prioritized accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve patient uptake, sales, and pre-launch market development targets;
- BUILD IN-DEPTH SCIENTIFIC KNOWLEDGE WITHIN SPECIFIED THERAPY AREAS AND LEVERAGE IT IN ACCOUNT AND MEDICAL ENGAGEMENT PLANNING;
- Responsible for securing alignment with national brand strategy defined by marketing managers and other colleagues;
- Validates external needs/difficulties and leads implementation of solutions tailored to customer needs;
- Provide accurate and timely data for the Novartis CRM system;
- Ensure own work meets all regulatory requirements and complies with local and global standards;
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree;
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an MSL or KAM from the healthcare industry;
- Good understanding of the healthcare system;
- Proficient in Danish and English, both written and spoken;
- Scientific knowledge;
- Relationship building skills;
