Enterprise Sales Director for Healthcare Transformation

As an experienced sales professional, you will drive the growth of Teton.ai in the UK Healthcare market. Reporting to the CEO, you will leverage your industry expertise and business acumen to develop and execute strategic sales plans that deliver exceptional value to our customers.
The Impact You'll Have- You will provide thought leadership and innovative solutions that demonstrate the transformational value of Teton.ai.
- You will own and drive the growth of Teton.ai in the largest accounts in the UK Healthcare market, developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals.
- You will build and maintain relationships with C-level and other executive decision makers to close deals and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for our customers.
- You will excel in complex sales cycles and account planning, providing timely and accurate sales forecasts to management.
- 10+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software sales experience, ideally selling into the UK healthcare sector (care homes, private healthcare or NHS).
- Quota over-achievement when selling complex software and services to Enterprise accounts.
- Experience driving successful adoption of usage-based subscription services (SaaS).
- Familiarity with sales methodologies and process (e.g Territory and Account planning, MEDDPICC, Challenger Sales and Command of the Message).
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and solve problems effectively.
