As a Sr Customer Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for accelerating your customers' cloud adoption and driving value from investments in the cloud. You will have ownership of customers' cloud enablement/adoption readiness, driving migrations at scale, leading digital transformations, and benefit/value realization for AWS customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive customers' people and operating model change to enable effective adoption of AWS.
  • Establish a deep understanding of your customer's business vision, culture, and processes.
  • Lead the successful adoption of AWS, guiding customers through the people, process, and technology facets of their cloud transformation journey.
  • Serve as the customer's cloud journey coach and voice of customer within AWS, evangelizing customer needs to AWS leadership, product, and engineering teams.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our AWS team as a Sr Customer Solutions Manager. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of customers and to develop your skills and expertise in cloud adoption and transformation.

As a Sr Customer Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for leading the adoption of AWS cloud services by our customers. You will work closely with our customers to understand their business needs and to develop and implement solutions that meet those needs. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our customers' cloud adoption is successful and that they are able to achieve their business objectives.

We are looking for a professional with a strong background in cloud adoption and transformation. You should have experience working with customers to develop and implement cloud adoption strategies. You should also have experience with AWS cloud services and be able to develop and implement solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

In addition to your technical skills and experience, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work effectively with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to develop and implement cloud adoption strategies.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience delivering technology initiatives including 3+ years of customer-facing experience delivering technology-enabled transformations.
  • Cross-functional leadership, collaboration, operations, and data-driven problem-solving.
  • Experience of Scrum or SAFe and/or PMP/PgMP.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • AWS Certification(s) with experience delivering AWS and/or other cloud services to realize business strategy.
  • Experience working with global financial services customers (Banking, Payments, Capital Markets, Insurance).
  • Consultancy experience as a technology delivery lead and trusted advisor to external customer(s), with executive-level presence and communication skills.
  • Versed in Software DevOps and Cloud Operating Models.
  • Experience working within a public cloud sales organization.
