As a Sales Manager at CVX Ventures, you will lead our Danish division in Copenhagen toward continued growth and success. You will develop and implement your sales strategy, build out the lead marketing machine, drive sales, and hit revenue targets.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and lead a top-performing sales team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors and portfolio companies
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions

**Requirements**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in venture capital, high-growth startups, or fast-paced environments. You should possess a natural ability to sell, demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets, a high work ethic, exceptional drive, a proactive approach, people-oriented skills, and outstanding analytical problem-solving abilities.
