Drive Revenue Growth as Head of Sales Development
At Cookie Information, a fast-growing tech company, we are seeking an experienced Head of Sales Development to support our exciting journey of elevating our Consent Management Platform from a leading solution in Scandinavia to a recognized global player.
You will lead the development and execution of sales strategies, focusing on market expansion, partnership growth, and optimization of our semi-automated trialist flow. Your primary goal is to significantly influence the growth of our subscription revenue.
This role involves close cooperation with one more person, handling inbound leads, and driving outbound initiatives for research and partnership growth. You will also be responsible for optimizing our trial flow to maximize conversion rates and collaborating closely with the marketing, sales, product, and revenue operations teams.
A successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the software or tech industry, with a proven track record of growing revenue and acquiring new customers through both inbound and outbound sales initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English, leadership skills with experience managing a small team, and proficiency in streamlining and optimizing sales processes. Experience working in CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, is highly desirable.
In this role, you will manage a Sales Development Representative who will support the work of the team. The successful candidate will have the flexibility to work remotely from any country in the EU/UK or from our offices in Copenhagen or Wroclaw.
