Head of Strategic Alliance and Marketplace Development

The Head of Product Partnerships will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's ecosystem of product partners, fostering strategic collaborations with adjacent software tools to create seamless technical interfaces and cross-selling opportunities.
Job Description:
- Business Development: Develop and execute business development initiatives to identify new collaboration opportunities and drive growth.
- Strategic Partnership Development: Establish partnerships with complementary software tools and technologies, including AI, to enhance our offerings.
- Integration Management: Oversee the integration of partner solutions with our products, ensuring smooth technical and operational collaboration.
- Marketplace Expansion: Develop and manage our marketplace strategy, expanding our offerings through valuable partner integrations.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and continually seek ways to enhance mutual value.
- Collaboration with CPTO: Work closely with the Chief Product and Technology Officer to align partnership strategies with product development and innovation.
- Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote partner integrations and joint solutions effectively.
- Customer Success: Ensure partner-integrated solutions meet customer needs and drive satisfaction.
About the Role:
- 8+ years' experience in business development and strategic partnerships within the technology sector.
- Proven track record in developing and managing software integrations and marketplace strategies.
- Experience with AI and other advanced technologies is highly desirable.
- Strong technical acumen to understand and manage integration processes.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with a strategic and hands-on approach.
- Ability to work closely with product and technology teams to align partnership goals with company objectives.
