About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Connected Cars A/S. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for owning a portfolio of international enterprise customers and working closely with senior decision makers to define success and plans of action.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own a portfolio of international enterprise customers and manage them actively to ensure effective product adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Engage with senior decision makers to define success and plans of action, and own customer retention and growth targets.
  • Work closely with Sales and Product teams as a customer advocate to create a world-class customer experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to move forward objectives and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of proven track record in Customer Success within B2B SaaS companies.
  • Proven experience in owning a portfolio of customers and managing them actively.
  • Proven experience in owning and delivering on customer retention and growth targets.
  • Technically savvy enough to understand and consult technical customers in their language.
  • Excellent presentation and persuasion skills.
  • Willingness to travel for work.
