Sales and Relationship Development Specialist

Malaga, a beautiful sunny city with affordable living, is the location for this exciting opportunity as a Sales and Relationship Development Specialist. You will work with customers and partners to drive sales opportunities and build long-term relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers and partners to drive sales opportunities
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Use CRM tools to qualify accounts and generate sales leads
• Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs are met (calls, accounts contacted, revenue generated)
• Participate in focused sales activities such as industry-specific outreach and hotel partnerships
• Provide client support, including upselling and offering alternative solutions when necessary
• Assist with both business and individual travel queries
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm; Friday: 9:00 am - 4:30 pm
What We're Looking For:
• Native Danish speaker with English proficiency (B2)
• In possession of a EU member state passport or a valid Residence Permit for Spain
• Great organizational and communication skills
• Positive work attitude and proactive approach
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Sales experience required; hospitality background is beneficial
• Experience using CRM tools is a plus
