Sales and Partnership Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:



• Engage with customers and partners to drive sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Utilize CRM tools to qualify accounts and generate sales leads.
• Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs are met (calls, accounts contacted, revenue generated).
• Participate in focused sales activities such as industry-specific outreach and hotel partnerships.
• Provide client support, including upselling and offering alternative solutions when necessary.
• Assist with both business and individual travel queries.



Requirements:



• Native Danish speaker with English proficiency (B2).
• Possession of a EU member state passport or a valid Residence Permit for Spain.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Positive work attitude and proactive approach.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Sales experience required; hospitality background is beneficial.
• Experience using CRM tools is a plus.
