We are Monta ApS, a leading provider of EV charging solutions. We're looking for an experienced Senior Strategic Customer Success Manager to join our team and help drive customer success across the DACH region.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing our strategic partnerships and ensuring seamless integration with our software-only strategy. You will work closely with our internal teams to provide excellent service and support to our partners and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive sponsors, decision-makers, and influencers.
  2. Act as the operational lead & trusted advisor for all stakeholders in your dedicated book of business.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, account management, finance, marketing, and product, to ensure our strategic partners receive the best possible service and support.
  4. Forecast and track key account metrics and analyze trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working in a customer-facing role with strategic organizations.
  • Fluent in German & English.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a customer-first mentality.
  • Ability to travel to see partners globally at a minimum of two weeks per quarter.
