Successful and international scale up is looking for a salesperson to focus on Germany. Ideally with a mix of partner sales and direct sales.

Compensation package

  • Base: 45,000 - 55,000 DKK
  • Bonus/commission structure is divided into 3 parts. Estimated OTE split is 80/20.

Role

Due to solid growth and a large number of leads, they are looking for a 3-6 years' experienced BDM from the SaaS world. Full sales cycle, with experience in direct sales, channel sales, and account management. Ideally worked with all three verticals. Start date is asap.

The candidate needs to be structured, follow up effectively with a strong sequence. Systems used are Salesforce and Apollo. Closing a new re-seller is good, but engaging and activating that partnership is the main criteria. As DACH is the main market, it is important that you speak German and have sold to the German market. Benelux and Nordics are a great plus.

On the softer skills, it is important that you can work remote, with no hand holding, have a strong drive to succeed, and maintain good CRM hygiene.

Career growth is available, for example, to Regional Manager. Depends on when the company and candidate are ready.

In a competitive market, they stand out by always striving for excellence. Strong and advanced product, which is also easy to use. They have a very secure platform, ISO 2001 certified, and a 24/5 support team.

Clients are globally spread, with EMEA accounting for 37% of the revenue. Total ARR is currently €5 million. ICP is Enterprise/Corporate, while sales are done via Re-Sellers (Channel sales). Deal sizes vary from €10k-500k ARR, but mostly within €50-100k range. Sales cycle is 90 days.
