Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring vertical market software companies in the Nordic region.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in business development or enterprise sales, basic financial competence, and strong communication and relationship-building skills. Fluency in English and Norwegian or Danish is also required.

About the Role:

This is a mid-senior level position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for managing a sales funnel, identifying and qualifying new targets, and nurturing existing prospects toward M&A processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify acquisition prospects
  • Grow our prospect database
  • Initiate outbound prospecting (calls, emails, social media, meetings)
  • Build relationships with CEOs and key stakeholders
  • Maintain and develop prospect relations
  • Track activities in Salesforce

About You:

You're a self-motivated individual who thrives on challenges. You have a never-give-up attitude and enjoy building long-term relationships. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
