Job Description

Arla Foods amba is a leading dairy company that seeks a Commercial Growth Specialist to join its team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a vital role in driving growth and revenue enhancement across our European markets.

As a Commercial Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive business growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop plans, and implement initiatives that deliver results.

Your expertise in data analysis, problem-solving, and communication will be essential in building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. Your ability to manage multiple priorities, think critically, and drive change will be critical in achieving our business objectives.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute business growth strategies that drive revenue enhancement and improve profitability
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop plans, and implement initiatives

  4. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  5. Manage multiple priorities, think critically, and drive change
Requirements
  • Minimum five years of experience in a commercial role in an FMCG company or management consulting background
  • P&L knowledge, pricing disciplines, and tools
  • University degree in business administration/finance/economics/statistics or similar
  • Strong IT skills (PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Highly numerate with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities simultaneously
  • Independency in thinking and framing problems
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
