About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious Sales Manager to join our team in Stockholm. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the Swedish market. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new customers through lead identification and processing, as well as maintaining relationships with existing clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a 'hunter mentality,' drive, and entrepreneurial spirit. With a proven track record in B2B sales, you will have excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling you to instill confidence in meetings and presentations. Your expertise in sales methodologies, preferably within SaaS and/or the financial industry, will be highly valued.

You will work closely with the Head of Sales to develop go-to-market strategies for new products and refine sales playbooks. Your ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions to complex problems will be essential in driving business growth.

Requirements
  • A minimum of two years' experience in B2B sales
  • Documented success in sales roles, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to network and build relationships with new people
  • Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics or a related field
