About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Field Sales Manager to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark. As a Key Account Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with key customers.

With over 1,640,000 tailor-made curtain solutions produced annually, our company is a leading provider of high-quality, personalized window treatments across Europe. We are now looking for a talented individual to lead our sales efforts and contribute to our continued success.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships
  • Lead and coach area managers and sales representatives to achieve sales targets
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
  • Contribute to the organization and execution of forecasting processes
  • Work closely with customer service and field marketing teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Field Sales Manager or similar role
  • Self-starter, proactive, and independent worker with strong business acumen
  • Management experience and ability to lead high-performing teams
  • Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent Danish and good written and verbal English communication skills
