Business Development Manager for B2B Sales

We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our team at CatalystOne Solutions in Copenhagen or Silkeborg office. The successful candidate will work with qualified sales leads, generate their own pipeline and guide clients through the purchase process.
Key Responsibilities- Work with qualified sales leads and develop a robust sales strategy
- Guide clients through the purchase process, emphasizing the value they gain from our solution
- Main counterparts will be HR and IT executives in mid to large-sized companies in the private sector
As a Business Development Manager, you will have a strong drive, excellent communication skills and the ability to understand customer needs. You will also have experience in account mapping strategies, building and leveraging a strong professional network for business development and proficient in Hubspot and Sales Navigator.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales with a sales cycle of 6 to 12 months and a decision process involving top management. Experience from SaaS and/or HR Tech is preferred.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around DKK 550,000 - 650,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive a wide range of benefits including good pension, health and insurance plans, subsidies for fitness and sports activities, choice between Mac/PC and mobile phone, paid mobile and internet and flexible working hours.
