Nordic Sales Growth Manager

Sapiens International Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Executive to drive our sales efforts in the Nordics. This exciting opportunity requires a results-driven professional who can expand sales to new clients and achieve annual quotas for Sapiens Insurance and Digital product offerings in the region.
Reporting to our UK-based Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for building an opportunity pipeline and managing opportunity plans to win. You will work closely with various stakeholders to define, develop, and execute the sales strategy, including the full sales cycle from initiation to closure.
Your Profile- 10+ years of complex software sales experience within the Insurance industry;
- A passion for enabling customers to achieve their desired outcomes and detecting new opportunities;
- A proven track record of high-value deals ( $5m+) end-to-end management is a must;
- A solid business understanding of P&C and/or L&P, including the technology and platforms available;
- The ability to influence and build trusted relationships at clients up to C-level executives;
- The ability to lead a team for large deal pursuits;
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the region;
- Excellent English is a must-have; additional languages would be an advantage;
- Collaborative - a team player;
- Experienced in working with large multinational corporate companies.
We offer a competitive salary of around €70,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
