Customer Experience Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Experience Leader to spearhead our efforts in delivering exceptional experiences for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of loyalty programs that drive customer retention and reactivation.

- Project Oversight and Delivery
Working with Our Team
You will collaborate with project managers, developers, data scientists, and experience designers to deliver innovative solutions that exceed client expectations. Our team is dedicated to growing the talents of our people, and many have been with us for over a decade.
Your Skills and Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in loyalty projects or related fields
- Extensive knowledge of data, technical projects, and marketing automation platforms
- Experience with strategic management and implementation of IT projects within CRM, web, and/or marketing automation
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Marketing Cloud
- Strong communication skills in English
