We are looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead the sales effort for our corporate client base in the Nordic and Baltic region. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of client decision-making approaches, priorities, and requirements, and will be able to leverage this knowledge to drive sales growth and identify new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with experience in managing complex sales cycles and collaborating with internal partners to deliver holistic solutions. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities include managing sales cycles, involving Domain Sales specialists and Solution Specialists where appropriate, and providing current forecasts and pipeline information to management. The position requires occasional travel and the ability to represent the company at industry and company-sponsored events.
